How are you going to help keep me motivated?

Accountability is the factor most important to being fit. There are 3 types of accountability, exercise, nutritional and mental. You will be assigned the Doerz Motivation App which we use to keep our clients accountable and well informed. The plan is to keep you accountable not only in the gym BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY outside the gym.
